I need to break my lease early. The only way to do so without paying a penalty is to have someone move into the apartment and then take over the remaining lease which is up at the end of February 2008. The monthly rent is $870. The apartment is mainly empty, so you can move in at anytime, I can be out in one day. December rent will be paid in full, so there will be no rent due until January 1, 2008. The apartment is a 1bd/1ba top floor unit. The properties website is bellasonomaapartments.com. There you can find pictures of a model unit, which is the same as what I am offering.
