This basicly a brand new house remodeled for myself with maticulous standards. All trim & baseboards, have been stripped of the paint, nail holes patched and the dings sanded smooth. I upgraded the electrical, installed recessed lighting in the kitchen,tankless water heater, new flooring,cabinets,counters, fixtures, faucets and fridge. The interior doors are a solid pine with dark mohogany stain. The front yard is not as it is in the picture though. I had an emergency water leak, hired a co. to climb that hill with equipment and replaced the water service from the house to the street. The house has copper/pex & a new service.
