Drop off your computer and I will clean it up, troubleshoot and repair all virus/trojan/spyware/adware infections, install free protection solutions to help prevent this from happening again and, I will even backup your pictures, documents and music in the event your system needs a full restore. In addition to this, I will make sure that your system has all of the latest Microsoft service packs and updates.

Simply drop off your system, if its a laptop, bring the laptop and your power adapter, if its a desktop or tower, bring the computer only. You dont have to carry around your keyboard, monitor or mouse. In most case, bring it before noon and you can pick it up by 8PM. Im not going to let it sit on my desk for several days like some of the others, when I get it, I will start on it. Im not going to waste your time or mine. If there is a severe hardware issue, I will contact you to discuss possible solutions. If you arent interested, you simply pick up your computer and you owe me nothing.

TOTAL COST for clean-up/restore - New price: Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, only $40. (add $10 for XP Validation issues) Special requests may have an additional charge. If I cant fix it, you dont pay.. simple as that!
