Most contractors would charge $1.5 or $1.25/sf. Some labor-only handymen would charge 1.00/sf if you supply materials. But I am a poor college student who would find 60 cents per square foot sufficient enough- if you supply paint and masking materials. I have a Graco paint sprayer and a pressure-washer.
