Hi there,
I am looking for a 1BR or Studio Apartment for around $600.00 or less a month within a reasonably short commute to The University of Puget Sound.
The issue I am having with finding a rental is parking. I dont mind parking my car on the street if need be. However, I have a 96 Vulcan800 motorcycle that is in pristine condition and I cannot park it on the road or in an unsecured area. I need some sort of reasonably secured parking area to cover it and keep it secure and semi-protected from the elements and would-be thieves and vandals.
I am a non-traditional, older, full time student in excellent standing at The University of Puget Sound. I also work at the University and do research during the summer. Therefore I am looking to relocate to the North End of Tacoma permanently, year round. I have excellent rental and personal references. Please contact me if you think that I and my beloved Putter (my motorcycle) might be a good fit as renters for your property.
One note that I have noticed might be important to mention; I have no pets, but I do smoke. However, I have never been one to smoke inside where I live (I cant stand the smell on my clothes or my belongings, I know, ironic). I also take serious issue with people throwing their butts on the ground. Therefore, these issues are not issues any landlord of mine has or ever will need to be concerned with in my case. I have rental references to evidence these facts.
