We are looking to immediately hire techs in the Fort Lewis area to perform routine maintenance and urgent/emergency service on our access control systems (bollards, security barriers). This is a part time/per diem position which is an excellent source of extra income for moonlighters, especially electricians, handymen, jacks-of-all-trade, mechanics, etc, although licensing is not a requirement for this position.

Duties will include routine maintenance of our systems including cleanup, testing, oil/fluid replenishment, filter changes, and troubleshooting. Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics helpful; familiarity with PLCs is a huge plus. We will provide you with paid training and you will earn between $20-30 an hour working for us, which is dependent upon various factors such as skill level, urgency of calls, unexpected issues, etc. This is easy work for the right individual.

The right individual MUST have a clean criminal record and must not be nor ever have been the subject of a grand jury indictment. This position requires applicants to submit to a background check for clearance, as we often work in high-security facilities or installations. In addition, we require all techs to have valid drivers licenses, a work truck or van in presentable condition, their own set of basic tools, and access to the internet to submit reports and communicate with other company staff.
